Introducing the London Contact Centre Forum
On Thursday 1 October 2026, the London Contact Centre Forum (LCCF) launches at Zoom’s London headquarters. It’s co-founded by our founder James Connors and Jane Thomas, founder of the Contact Centre Forum network, and gives London’s contact centre leaders a year-round home of their own.
Why London needed its own forum
Contact Centre Forum already had a home in the South West, the North and Scotland. London didn’t. That’s an odd gap, because London is where a lot of customer contact decisions get made: one in three UK businesses are based in London and the South East (DBT, Business Population Estimates 2025). The seats are spread across the UK. The budgets, boards and strategy often sit here.
“London has plenty of stages. There are 37 contact centre and CX expos, conferences, awards nights and networking events here in 2026. What it didn’t have was a home: somewhere leaders can meet year-round, talk candidly with peers facing the same pressures, and hear honestly what worked before they commit the budget.”

Who it’s for
Members are the senior people who run customer operations, CX, technology and transformation across London and the South East. They get peer-led roundtables, site visits and evenings worth turning up for, with people facing the same London pressures on pay, hiring and hybrid working.
Partners and sponsors are the suppliers who want to meet those leaders. They get access to the people making decisions, in a setting built for conversation.
Where Quetzel fits
LCCF is powered by Quetzel, but it isn’t a Quetzel brand. It’s a partnership with Jane and the Contact Centre Forum network. Zoom is the forum’s headline partner and hosts the launch.
Our advice only works if it’s independent, so it’s worth saying plainly: partnering with or sponsoring LCCF has no bearing on the advice we give clients or the suppliers we shortlist for them.
“More than access to events, I want the people who join us at the start to help shape what LCCF becomes. I believe it’s going to become a very special community.”

How to get involved
If you lead customer operations, CX or contact centre technology in London or the South East, you can join as a member or host a Forum on Tour visit at your contact centre. If you’re a supplier, you can partner with the forum to meet London’s decision-makers. The LCCF website has the details.
You can read more about LCCF, and what else we do outside the tech, on our About page.
